- Chairing regular design team meetings including client representatives
- To ensure that documentation was done thoroughly before tender of projects to avoid variations on the projects.
- Convening regular progress meetings between professional staff from other departments in order to maintain efficient and effective control in projects.
- Guiding and monitoring professional activities of Architects/ Assistant Architects and Technical Staff to ensure efficient implementation of projects
- Maintaining and recording work progress of individual building contracts and co-coordinating with other departments to establish up to date information on work progress relative to expenditure.
- Co-coordinating and monitoring professional activities of consultants engaged to do Government projects on behalf of Ministry of public works.
